Florida Residents Can Save Hundreds This Summer With New Theme Park Ticket Deals
ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida residents looking to squeeze in more theme park trips without paying full price have several new ticket promotions available this summer, offering discounted admission to attractions across Central Florida.
From unlimited visits to Universal Orlando for under $200 to multi-day Disney World passes and budget friendly options at SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and LEGOLAND Florida, this year’s promotions are designed to encourage repeat visits while giving locals significantly lower prices than standard gate admission.
Travel expert Tharin White, lead publisher of Everything You Need to Know (EYNTK.info), recently highlighted the best offers during an appearance on FOX 35 Orlando, calling several of the promotions among the strongest values currently available for Florida residents. (FOX 35 Orlando)
Universal Orlando’s $199 Unlimited Ticket Offers the Biggest Flexibility
Universal Orlando’s newest Florida resident promotion may be the standout deal of the season. For $199 plus tax, residents receive unlimited admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure through December 16, 2026. Unlike many seasonal promotions, the ticket carries no blackout dates, allowing guests to visit during holidays, weekends, and other peak travel periods. (Universal Orlando Resort)
The promotion does not include admission to Epic Universe, Volcano Bay, parking, or separately ticketed events such as Halloween Horror Nights. However, it does include access to Universal’s holiday celebrations beginning in November, including Grinchmas and Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
The biggest advantage, White noted, is flexibility. Rather than trying to cram an entire vacation into one expensive day, locals can stop by for just a few hours after work, enjoy a couple of attractions on a weekday evening, or visit repeatedly during traditionally lighter crowd periods in late August and September.
One important consideration is parking. The ticket does not include parking, which can add more than $30 per visit. Frequent visitors may save money by carpooling with an Annual Passholder who receives complimentary parking or by using alternative transportation. Community discussions among Universal fans have also noted that parking costs can significantly affect the overall value depending on how often guests plan to visit. (Reddit)
Disney World Offers Discounted Multi-Day Tickets
Walt Disney World has also rolled out a Florida resident promotion for the summer.
Residents can purchase specially priced two, three, or four-day tickets, with prices beginning at $219 plus tax for a two-day ticket and $259 plus tax for a four-day ticket bringing the cost of the four-day option to roughly $65 per day. The tickets are valid for visits through October 3, 2026, with no blackout dates, though advance park reservations are required. (Disney Experiences)
The tickets allow guests to visit one of Disney’s four major parks per day:
- Magic Kingdom
- EPCOT
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Park Hopper upgrades and additional options remain available for an added cost. White noted that the promotion represents a substantial discount compared with regular one-day admission, particularly during peak travel periods when single-day tickets to Magic Kingdom can cost well over $150. He also suggested the four-day package provides considerably better value than Disney’s limited afternoon ticket offerings for guests planning multiple park visits.
SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Continue Popular Fun Card Promotion
SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay are once again offering their annual Fun Card promotions. For $99, guests receive unlimited admission to the park they purchase through the remainder of 2026.
As an added summer incentive, SeaWorld is including admission to Aquatica Orlando, while Busch Gardens Fun Card holders also receive access to Adventure Island for a limited time. These seasonal bonuses increase the overall value for families looking to combine theme park and water park visits during Florida’s hottest months.
SeaWorld is also promoting an America 250-themed package for guests planning only a single visit. The offer includes one day admission, a meal, an appetizer, and front of the line ride access for an additional cost.
LEGOLAND Targets Families With Summer Pricing
Families with younger children can also find significant savings at LEGOLAND Florida Resort. Select summer dates feature admission starting at $69, with tickets including access to the newly opened, air conditioned SEA LIFE Florida Aquarium. The indoor aquarium provides a welcome break from Central Florida’s summer heat while expanding the overall experience beyond the outdoor attractions.
LEGOLAND is also hosting several limited time events throughout the summer, including a FIFA-themed experience through July 19 before launching its annual LEGO Festival featuring Pokémon and Formula One-themed attractions.
Planning Ahead Can Maximize Savings
For Florida families considering multiple theme park trips this year, choosing the right promotion largely depends on travel plans. Universal’s unlimited ticket offers the greatest flexibility for frequent short visits. Disney’s resident promotion provides one of the lowest per-day prices available for guests wanting to experience all four parks without purchasing an Annual Pass.
Meanwhile, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and LEGOLAND continue to offer some of the state’s most affordable unlimited-admission options, particularly for families with younger children or those looking to include water parks in their summer itinerary.
With several promotions extending well into the fall and holiday season, Florida residents have more opportunities than usual to enjoy the state’s biggest attractions while paying substantially less than standard admission prices. (Universal Orlando Resort)
