In a fun segment, Fallon shared a clip of Barkley shotgunning a beer in the Eagles’ locker room following their Super Bowl win. Impressed by his speed and form, Fallon invited Barkley and the Eagles’ offensive line to participate in another round of beer shotgunning live on air. While Barkley and the linemen eagerly accepted the challenge, Hurts, who was named Super Bowl LIX MVP, opted to sit out, preferring to watch from the sidelines.
The Eagles’ victory in Super Bowl LIX marked the team’s fourth championship title, and it also ended the Chiefs’ consecutive Super Bowl-winning streak, adding extra significance to their win.
For Barkley, the victory was especially sweet. The 28-year-old star had a tumultuous departure from the New York Giants in the previous season and found redemption with their NFC East rivals.
