Also, back when Jones was so clean that high-level sponsors like Nike would still put their names on his shorts. It was well before most of the major domestic scandals that have become the hallmark of Jon Jones’s recent career in MMA. It was also pretty much in the prime of Alexander Gustafsson’s MMA career as well just for reference. This is a great fight to watch if you want to see some of the few holes in Jon Jones’s game before his upcoming fight next weekend against Ciryl Gane. Gustafsson gives a heck of an effort in this fight and stings Jones with multiple shots before ultimately losing the fight by decision.
