McClure revealed that Grisetti had died by suicide on Friday and described the loss as impossible to comprehend. McClure also expressed sympathy for Grisetti’s wife and family as they face an unimaginable loss.

A Career Defined by Theater Excellence
Grisetti built an impressive résumé in musical theater over nearly two decades.
He made his Broadway debut in It Shoulda Been You, where his performance earned praise from critics and theater audiences alike. He later gained widespread recognition playing Nigel Bottom in Something Rotten!, a role he performed on Broadway and during the show’s national tour.
His additional stage credits included productions of Rent, Matilda, and numerous regional theater performances, establishing him as one of Broadway’s respected character actors with exceptional comedic talent.
