Starbucks Brings Back the Pumpkin Spice Latte and Expands Fall Menu for 2025

Starbucks Fall Menu

Starbucks has officially ushered in pumpkin season with the highly anticipated return of its Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. The iconic drink, first introduced in 2003, continues to be the company’s best-selling seasonal beverage. Crafted with espresso, steamed milk, real pumpkin, and a blend of warming spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, the PSL will be available hot, iced, or blended—without a price increase from last year. Its annual comeback has become a cultural marker of fall across the United States and Canada, often sparking excitement well beyond coffee enthusiasts.

Alongside the PSL, Starbucks is bringing back several other fan favorites that have built their own loyal followings over the years. The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew returns with its smooth vanilla-sweetened base topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and pumpkin spice dusting, while the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte blends spiced chai with the same seasonal topping for a refreshing twist. The Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte, featuring Blonde Espresso, oat milk, pecan flavor, and holiday spices, also returns to the menu, with the iced version crowned by vanilla sweet cream cold foam.

This fall also introduces a new standout: the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado. Served in an eight-ounce cup, the cortado balances three ristretto shots of Blonde Espresso with steamed oat milk and warm pecan-brown butter notes. It’s topped with creamy spice and a pecan-crunch finish, making it one of Starbucks’ boldest seasonal debuts in years. In addition, customers can now add pecan cold foam to any iced drink for a nutty seasonal upgrade.

The food menu is expanding as well. Starbucks is debuting Italian Sausage Egg Bites made with crumbled sausage, sun-dried tomato pesto, basil, and Monterey Jack cheese. Returning fall favorites include the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, a longtime seasonal staple, and the playful Raccoon Cake Pop, which first appeared last year and has already become a customer favorite.

For those visiting Starbucks Reserve Roasteries in New York City, Chicago, or Seattle, the fall menu goes even further. Exclusive offerings include a Starbucks Reserve Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew, and an Iced Pumpkin Spice Masala Chai Latte. The lineup also introduces a Tiramisu Latte, now a permanent Reserve fixture, and two craft cocktails: the Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Manhattan and a Pumpkin Spice Cocktail Flight. To complement the drinks, Reserve locations will serve a Pumpkin S’mores Tart made with pumpkin cheesecake, caramel chocolate ganache, and toasted marshmallows.

The seasonal excitement extends into grocery stores as well, with Starbucks rolling out a wide variety of retail products available through December. Shoppers will find ready-to-drink favorites like Iced Espresso Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino, alongside packaged coffees and creamers. This year also includes a Maple Pecan Latte-inspired non-dairy creamer to complement the expanded pecan-flavored offerings.

The fall launch officially begins Tuesday nationwide and will be available through the Starbucks app, in stores, and at participating grocery retailers. With prices remaining steady despite rising costs elsewhere, the return of the PSL and its seasonal companions is set to fuel another year of fall traditions for millions of customers.
