Trisha Paytas Names Baby
“I asked for my tubes out,” the YouTuber said, confirming Baby No. 3 will be her last.
Controversial YouTube star and internet personality Trisha Paytas has once again made headlines—this time for the birth of her third child, Aquaman. The name, which instantly sparked a social media firestorm, was revealed on her podcast Just Trish, where Paytas explained the deeply personal and pop culture-infused reasoning behind the unusual moniker.
Born Early, Named Boldly
Baby Aquaman Hacmon was born July 12, more than two weeks early, via emergency C-section. Paytas described the unexpected delivery in detail during the July 22 episode of her podcast, calling the moment “traumatic but magical.” Aquaman joins big sisters Malibu Barbie (born September 2022) and Elvis, whose birth was less publicized but confirmed earlier this year.
According to Paytas, the name Aquaman wasn’t meant as a joke or a gimmick—it’s a tribute to a long-standing personal passion. “I’ve always been a DC girl,” she said, referencing the superhero franchise that includes Justice League, Batman, Wonder Woman, and of course, Aquaman. “Moses and I are obsessed with water. Our whole relationship is built around it. We even got married by the ocean.”
Justice League Meets Parenthood
The choice of Aquaman reflects more than just fandom—it represents a fusion of identities between Paytas and her husband, Moses Hacmon, an Israeli artist and water researcher. The couple’s fascination with water has been a recurring theme across their content and personal life. Hacmon himself has made art centered on the visual patterns of water movement, and Paytas frequently references spiritual and elemental imagery in her videos.
“It just felt right,” she said on the podcast. “We wanted something powerful, mythical, and beautiful—and Aquaman checks every box.”
The name aligns with her previous naming choices, both of which also leaned heavily into celebrity and cultural iconography. Malibu Barbie was named after the iconic Mattel doll, while Elvis was a nod to the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll. All three names have been met with a mixture of fascination and criticism online—but Paytas, known for her unapologetic and often polarizing persona, has never been one to shy away from public scrutiny.
No Baby No. 4: “I Asked for My Tubes Out”
While Paytas was open about the joy of welcoming another child, she was equally candid about the difficulties of her latest pregnancy. In the same podcast episode, she revealed that her third C-section came with serious medical risks—and that she made a permanent decision during surgery.
“I asked for my tubes out,” she said, meaning a surgical removal of her fallopian tubes, not just a tubal ligation. “It was for health reasons. It’s been a lot on my body.”
By choosing this path, Paytas has effectively confirmed that Aquaman will be her last child. “We’re done. Our family feels complete,” she added.
Trisha Paytas: Pop Culture Chaos and Domestic Clarity
Trisha Paytas has built a controversial career on sharing the unfiltered details of her life—ranging from viral meltdowns and online feuds to moments of raw vulnerability and surprising introspection. Though often dismissed as a social media spectacle, she’s remained a persistent figure in the YouTube ecosystem for over a decade.
Now 36, Paytas has shifted much of her public persona from chaos to domesticity—without ever losing her flair for the dramatic. Her Just Trish podcast has become a new outlet for sharing motherhood stories, celebrity commentary, and the kind of self-mythologizing she’s always been known for.
And while the internet may continue to debate whether Aquaman is a suitable baby name, there’s no doubt Paytas remains a master of staying culturally relevant—on her own terms.
