Florida Man Arrested at Target
A Florida man is facing an indecent exposure charge after authorities say he was seen behaving inappropriately in a Target parking lot while wearing only a G string and sneakers. The incident reportedly happened Sunday night at a Target in Oviedo, Florida. Authorities were called to the parking lot after a shopper reported seeing a man outside his vehicle allegedly exposing himself and touching himself. The man was identified as 41 year old Nicholas Lydic. According to the arrest report, he was wearing a teal G string and white tennis shoes when deputies arrived.
Man Says He Was Changing Clothes
When questioned by a deputy, Lydic reportedly said he had been outside his vehicle because he was changing clothes after getting wet. Authorities also searched the vehicle and reportedly found a backpack containing women’s underwear and sex toys. Lydic was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
Previous Conviction
According to the arrest report, Lydic had previously been convicted of indecent exposure in another Florida county in 2025. The latest case remains an allegation. An arrest or criminal charge does not mean a person has been found guilty in court.
