Behind a balanced attack that generated 560 total yards while holding the Wildcats to just 181, the Knights matched a school record for the most points scored in a single game a mark previously set in 2017 against Austin Peay. Furthermore, the 67 point final differential established the largest margin of victory in program history, shattering the previous record of 64 points.

The Knights wasted no time setting the tempo on their very first drive, needing only two plays to find the end zone when running back Duke Watson broke free for a dynamic 64 yard touchdown run.
