Deputies responding to the scene found Lanns lying in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound that appeared to be self-inflicted. Inside a nearby home, deputies discovered the bodies of 26-year-old Marrina Guadagnino and her infant son, Andre Lanns III. Both victims had been shot to death, leading officials to classify the incident as a double homicide.
