Bulls Rally from 17-Point Deficit to Beat Heat 114-109

The Chicago Bulls staged an impressive comeback on Saturday night, overcoming a 17-point first-half deficit to defeat the Miami Heat 114-109. Josh Giddey led the way for Chicago with 26 points, while Coby White added 21 points and Zach Collins contributed 18 points and 15 rebounds.

The Bulls appeared to be in trouble early as Miami built a commanding 51-35 lead in the second quarter. However, Chicago chipped away at the deficit, keeping within striking distance by scoring four points in the final 7:13 of the first half.

Momentum swung in the fourth quarter when Tre Jones sparked an 11-0 run with two consecutive layups. Jalen Smith added another layup during the surge, giving the Bulls their first lead since the opening period at 97-94 with 5:52 remaining.

With 1:25 left in the game, White’s three-point play put Chicago ahead for good at 110-109. Giddey then sealed the victory with a clutch 3-pointer with just 17 seconds remaining, securing the Bulls’ second straight win in Florida after their victory over Orlando on Thursday.

The Chicago Bulls were lead by Josh Giddey 26 points, as teammates Coby White had 21 points, Zach Collins had 18 points, 15 rebounds and Tre Jones scored 15 points.

For Miami, Bam Adebayo and Andrew Wiggins each scored 22 points, while Tyler Herro added 21. Wiggins returned to the lineup after missing the previous five games due to a right ankle sprain.

The loss marked Miami’s 16th defeat this season after giving up a double-digit lead. The Heat also concluded their 13th back-to-back set, having been swept in six of those series.

The Bulls’ efficiency from the free-throw line proved crucial, as they converted 23 of 26 attempts. White’s perfect 9-for-9 performance at the stripe played a major role in the win.

The Bulls return home to face the Indiana Pacers on Monday, while the Heat continue their five-game homestand with a matchup against the Charlotte Hornets that same evening.
