FOOTBALL IS BACK! That’s right, even through all this national pandemic craziness, the Untied States as a nation agreed that football must continue. Next week on Thursday September 10th, the Houston Texans and the Kansas City Chiefs are going to have a faceoff. This year is still a mystery as all of the preseason games were cancelled due to the coronavirus. So, this is literally the first taste of professional football that the fans get to see since the Super Bowl. I hope you’re excited because we at SFL.Media sure are.

Who is Facing Who the First Week?

As was said, opening day will be Thursday with the Houston Texans and the Kansas City Chiefs facing off. Sunday will be the day full of football games as usual. The New York Jets are going up against the Buffalo Bills. An old as time rivalry match between the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers will also be taking place. The Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Football Team are on the ticket as well. Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens will be battling it out with the Cleveland Browns. Indianapolis Colts will be playing the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Chicago Bears will be playing the Detroit Lions.

That’s not all. Oakland Raiders will be playing the Carolina Panthers in their stadium. The birds, Seattle Seahawks and Atlanta Falcons will be battling it out in the sky. Lastly, for the one o’clock games at least, the Miami Dolphins will be against the New England Patriots. The four o’clock games bring about the Cincinnati Bengals against the Los Angeles Chargers, the Arizona Cardinals against the runner-up San Francisco 49ers and finishing off with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers versus the New Orleans Saints.

The Sunday games are going to be ended with a night of Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Rams. However, don’t forget about Monday Night Football. This year the first week of Monday Night Football is going to bring about the Pittsburgh Steelers against the New York Giants and the Tennessee Titans versus the Denver Broncos.

Are you as excited for kickoff as we are? FOOTBALL IS BACK!
