Use of a computer to lure or seduce a child
-

Incident Report and Timeline
According to a Miami Beach Police arrest affidavit, the case began on May 17, when the victim’s parents contacted police to report that their daughter had been sexually abused by a neighbor.
In a subsequent interview, the 15-year-old girl told detectives that Gonzalez-Lopez had first approached her in the neighborhood and asked for her Instagram handle. After she provided it, he allegedly messaged her that same day, sending pictures of lingerie and offering to pay her to take photos wearing it. She did not respond to the initial offer.
Sometime later, the girl told police she asked Gonzalez-Lopez for Tusi, a recreational synthetic drug often referred to as “pink cocaine.” He allegedly agreed, but only in exchange for sex. According to police, this arrangement happened multiple times, with Gonzalez-Lopez providing either $100 or drugs in return for sexual acts.
The teen disclosed that she had developed a drug dependency, and that she believed Gonzalez-Lopez may have secretly recorded one of their encounters.
Arrest and Detention
Gonzalez-Lopez was arrested on May 25, during an unrelated disturbance call. During the investigation, the victim positively identified him as the person who had exploited her over several months.
He was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, where he remained as of Wednesday night.
Ongoing Investigation
Authorities have not ruled out the possibility of additional victims. The case remains under investigation by the Miami Beach Police Department.
