The Miami Dolphins have officially unveiled their 2026 Training Camp schedule presented by Baptist Health, giving fans multiple opportunities to watch the team prepare for the upcoming NFL season. Practices will once again be held at the Baptist Health Training Complex in Miami Gardens, with eight practices open to the public and one exclusive session reserved for season ticket members.
Admission and parking for all public practices are free, allowing Dolphins fans to get an up-close look at the team as head coach Jeff Hafley begins preparing for his first regular season leading Miami. The Dolphins will officially open public training camp on Sunday, Aug. 2, as part of the NFL’s annual Back Together Weekend, presented by Baptist Health. The league-wide celebration marks the return of football and gives fans their first chance to watch the team practice ahead of the new season.
One of the biggest highlights of camp will come on Thursday, Aug. 20, when Miami hosts the New York Giants for a joint practice, providing an early look at live competition before the preseason matchup between the two teams.
The Dolphins will also take training camp to Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 8, for a special public practice beginning at 10:15 a.m., giving fans an opportunity to experience the team inside its home stadium before the regular season.
Training camp has become one of South Florida’s premier football events, and the Dolphins are once again adding plenty of attractions beyond the action on the field.
The first 1,000 fans attending each public practice will receive exclusive Dolphins giveaways, while local food trucks will provide a variety of dining options throughout camp. Fans can also enjoy interactive festivities and shop at a special garage sale benefiting the Miami Dolphins Foundation.
Practices at the Baptist Health Training Complex offer a comfortable viewing experience with a shaded, fan-cooled canopy, stadium-style seating, and excellent sightlines of the practice fields. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and select players are expected to sign autographs following practice each day, weather permitting.
The 2026 season marks the sixth consecutive year the Dolphins have held training camp at the Baptist Health Training Complex, which opened in 2021. The state-of-the-art facility has become one of the NFL’s premier training centers and serves as the year-round home for the organization.
