A man was found shot to death early Thursday morning in a Coral Springs neighborhood, triggering a major law enforcement response that included SWAT officers and an ongoing homicide investigation, according to police.
Coral Springs Police said officers responded shortly before 3 a.m. to reports of a shooting at an apartment complex located along the 2500 block of Riverside Drive, near Royal Palm Boulevard and south of West Sample Road. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
