Video Released of Ex-Porn Star’s Arrest After Running Over Pastor in Miami Beach

Cooper City Woman Arrested Again for DUI After Hit-and-Run, Two Years After Critically Injuring Miami Beach Pastor

Katherine Colabella, a 34-year-old former adult film star and Cooper City resident, has been arrested once again for driving under the influence (DUI), this time after rear-ending a car in Plantation and fleeing the scene. The incident took place on September 3, just four years after Colabella was involved in a hit-and-run crash on the MacArthur Causeway that left Miami Beach pastor Noé Aguilar critically injured.

Colabella, known by her adult film stage name “Kitty Bella,” is currently on probation following her previous arrest for the March 2021 crash, where she struck Pastor Aguilar, leaving him in a coma for weeks. In both incidents, Colabella fled the scene, prompting law enforcement to pursue her.

The September incident occurred at approximately 11 p.m. in Plantation, when Colabella allegedly rear-ended another vehicle at a red light and fled the scene in her black Mercedes-Benz. A police officer soon caught up with Colabella in a nearby parking lot, where she was arrested. According to the arrest report, the officer noted that Colabella had “bloodshot, watery eyes” and smelled strongly of alcohol. Colabella, who was visibly upset, allegedly told the officer that she was unaware she had caused a crash.

When asked to participate in roadside sobriety tests, Colabella reportedly responded, “I can do whatever you want. Jumping jacks. You want f***ing toe touches?” The arrest report further indicated that she appeared to be intoxicated at the time of the arrest.

This incident is just the latest in a series of crashes attributed to Colabella. Since 2016, she has been involved in at least four car accidents across South Florida. In addition to criminal charges, Colabella has faced civil suits over roadway crashes, including a case in Broward County.

The March 2021 crash on the MacArthur Causeway, which left Pastor Aguilar severely injured, remains a defining moment in Colabella’s legal troubles. On the night of the incident, Aguilar, a co-pastor at the Pentecostal Church of God in Miami Beach, was riding his bicycle home from his second job when Colabella struck him with her vehicle and drove off. He was left on the side of the road with traumatic injuries and was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center, where he underwent surgery for a brain bleed. Aguilar remained in a coma for several weeks as he recovered.

Colabella admitted to police that she was drunk at the time of the 2021 crash and had panicked after hitting the pastor. Despite the severity of the incident, she continued to drive and did not report the crash to authorities.

In an October 2022 interview with VoyageMIA, Colabella described her efforts to move forward from past challenges, but she did not mention the 2021 crash. In the interview, she spoke about considering a career in nursing but ultimately deciding against it, citing her sensitivity to seeing people in pain. “I wouldn’t be where I am today without the challenges and I still have so far to go,” she said, adding that staying positive and pushing forward were key to her recovery.

Colabella, who is now working as a hairdresser, faces serious legal consequences for both the 2021 and new incidents. The former adult film star’s arrest in Plantation has raised questions about her ability to rehabilitate and whether she can avoid further collisions in the future. As the legal process unfolds, it remains to be seen what steps will be taken to address her repeated offenses and her role in the life-altering injuries of others.
