Gulfstream Park will host weekly music shows and festivals all summer long.  The lineups are some of the most amazing local musicians South Florida has.  Performances will be held every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  The actual shows start at 6:30 p.m. and end at 9:30 p.m.  Next week’s lineup is Flovox on Friday, July 15, 2022, DJ Chris Cruz on Saturday, July 16, 2022, and Jorge Llanes on Sunday, July 17, 2022.  These performances are subject to change or be canceled with either limited notice or no notice at all due to the unfortunate unpredictable weather we tend to experience in Florida during the summer months every year.

Flovox

Flovox is a group of four amazing musicians that met while doing shows through Song Division. Song Division is a worldwide corporate music company.  This group of performers may all be rock and rollers at heart but they also incorporate classic rock with the hottest rock and pop hits that we enjoy today.  Everybody loves rock and roll!  This group will make everyone feel like a rockstar.  You will be able to sing along with them and rock out to every song they perform.  The group consists of Florenza Campos, Camilo Velandia, John Falcone, and Derek Cintron. They definitely know how to mix classic and modern rock together so fans of every age can and will enjoy their show.

DJ Chris Cruz is no stranger to the music world.  He has over thirty years of experience.  For the last fifteen years he has been on the air with Y100 Miami and iHeart Radio.  He is a radio host that you should know and love.  He has also worked with MTV Video Music Awards, Emmy Grammys, Billboard Music Awards, and many more. He is internationally recognized as a TV and radio personality.  He is an amazing entrepreneur with out-of-this-world skills that he uses to create and innovate numerous brands and entertain everyone within the listening area.  His lists of talents include hosting, being an emcee, TV and radio hosting, voiceovers, public speaking, keynote speaker as well as his infamous open format DJ skills.  His most remarkable gig was founding the Power of Re – Reset, Rethink, and Restart to get out of your present reality.  If you don’t like where your life is going, DJ Chris Cruz can help you.  While you are at the festival though, he will entrance you with his epic abilities that will help you forget about your worries and all of your troubles.  His performance is one that you will not want to miss!

Jorge Llanes is a Cuban American performer from La Habana, Cuba who has been on the stage since he was just nine years old.  He sings, writes songs, and performs.  He learned how to write and read music at a young age.  He wasn’t satisfied with that, so he then learned how to play different musical instruments as well.  He moved to the United States of America when he was a young teenager so he could further his music career as a singer.  He is an independent artist as well so make sure you show your support and attend his show on Sunday, July 17, 2022.

DJ Chris Cruz

To see who is performing for the rest of the summer months all the way through September, click here.  The last show will be on September 30, 2022.  You will not want to miss out on the shows Gulfstream Park is going to put on.  While you are there, you have so much more to enjoy than just the music festivals.  Since 1939, Gulfstream Park has been a mecca for Thoroughbred horse racing. Some of the world’s greatest champions have galloped their way to Triple Crown glory on this South Florida track. This park is where dreams come true, and where legends are made.  The Pegasus World Cup and the Florida Derby are held here and are events that you will not want to miss either.  If racing is not your idea of fun, there are other attractions that will keep you busy here.

Gulfstream Park is one of South Florida’s premier entertainment destinations. In addition to Thoroughbred racing and music festivals, Gulfstream Park offers Vegas-style slot machines and video table games to add to your exciting outing.  When you have had enough thrills and excitement at the track and the music festival has ended, The Village at Gulfstream Park offers numerous stores for you to purchase fashion items, specialty gifts, home furnishings, housewares, health and beauty items, an assortment of restaurants for you to fill up in, world-class art galleries, multiple outdoor cafes, international fashion boutiques, as well as health, beauty, and spa services. They offer fine dining, casual dining, quick bites, trackside restaurants, bars, and lounges as well as places for groups and large events.  The entire property consists of multiple venues perfect for your corporate events and special events like weddings, bar mitzvahs, baby showers, bachelor, and bachelorette parties with plenty of gift registry options available for you to choose from. To top off the experience on this property, there is impeccable valet service and complimentary self-parking that is always available.

Thoroughbred racehorses

While you are at Gulfstream Park, there are some simple rules that everyone must follow.  You must be respectful to the horses as well as all of the staff and other patrons.  Horses can startle easily so you should not make any unnecessary noise or sudden movements while you are around them.  When you come to Gulfstream Park, they love to see everyone dressed to impress, so wear your chicest racing outfits.  You are not allowed to bring the following items onto the property: alcoholic beverages, glass containers, balls, balloons, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, frisbees, flags, kites, tables, canopies, coolers, backpacks, chairs, or easy-up tents.  Service animals are the only animals you are allowed to bring with you.  If you need assistance with wheelchairs or disabled-accessible seating, please contact the Box Office at (954) 457-6201.  Someone will be more than happy to help you and make your experience at Gulfstream Park the most enjoyable one you will have.

If you live in Florida, then you may already know that Gulfstream Park is worth the drive for the music festivals on the weekend during the summer months and the horse racing, shops, and restaurants year-round.  If you are from outside of the area and have to fly in, they recommend flying into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) airport first because it is the closest one to the property.  The next two closest airports are Miami International (MIA) and Palm Beach International (PBI).  So, once you decide to come to Gulfstream, get a babysitter for the children and your pets, reserve your hotel room, get your suitcases packed, and head on down to Gulfstream Park.  You will have the time of your life enjoying the music festivals along with everything else they have to offer you here.  You will not be bored and you will want to come back every year.  Get your plane tickets now!  Fill up your gas tank!  No matter which way you get here, just hurry up and do it!
