Are you tired of hearing about Eric Swalwell? Yeah, so are we! I mean, this guy is a total douchebag, and we know that. And there has been so much coverage lately with all of the SEX SCANDALS that he is actually trending on Google Trends.
So here is the good news and bad news. First, we will dish out the bad news. Then we will go over the good news. If you weren’t aware of this total clown, he is a politician in California, and he is a total HORN-DOG. A “male-slut”. He has been in the news in the past for having sex with a Chinese spy (Fang Fang), and is in the news now for several new sexual allegations. And then a day or two ago, a video dropped of Swalwell in a hotel room “making kissy” with a prostitute. Thank you, Martin Shkreli and Jack Posobiec.
So the bad news for this guy.
Recently, there have been multiple sexual misconduct and assault allegations made by several women. According to reports, at least four women have accused Swalwell of inappropriate sexual behavior, including two alleged sexual assaults, one involving a former congressional staffer who claimed he assaulted her on more than one occasion, including an incident where she says she was too intoxicated to consent.
Other women have alleged misconduct such as unwanted advances, explicit messages, and sharing nude images, as well as inappropriate relationships, including with subordinates. These allegations triggered a House Ethics Committee investigation and a separate criminal probe by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office.
According to reporting, one complaint alleges that the nanny’s work authorization expired around 2022 but that she may have continued working for his family afterward, while another claim suggests that Swalwell may have misrepresented her employment status to federal authorities.
There are also allegations that he used campaign funds to pay the nanny for childcare services, which raises separate questions about compliance with Federal Election Commission (FEC) rules governing campaign expenditures.
The situation is still under investigation and has not been proven in court. DHS has referred aspects of the matter for further review, including whether any federal laws were violated regarding employment eligibility or financial reporting. Reports indicate that the nanny later received lawful work authorization, which could become relevant in determining whether any violations occurred and during what time frame.
As of now, Swalwell has not been charged with a crime related to the nanny allegations, and he has not publicly provided detailed responses to the specifics of the case. The matter remains a pending federal inquiry, meaning investigators are still determining whether there is sufficient evidence for any legal action or whether the allegations will be dismissed.
And now the good news. After what we have reported, there probably won’t be much to hear about this guy for a while. He should go hide in a cave in Islamabad.
