Elon Musk and Steve Bannon Implicated in Latest Epstein Files Bombshell Release

Elon Musk and Steve Bannon Named in Latest Epstein Files: Hypocrisy, Power, and America’s Largest Cover-Up

“It should be clear to every American that Jeffrey Epstein was friends with some of the most powerful and wealthiest men in the world.” — Sara Guerrero, Oversight Committee Democrats

New Files, Familiar Names

The Jeffrey Epstein scandal continues to unravel, and the latest document release has added two explosive names to the roster: Elon Musk and Steve Bannon. Congressional investigators obtained more than 8,500 files from Epstein’s estate, including flight manifests, financial ledgers, and daily itineraries.

The materials, published Friday by House Oversight Democrats, suggest that Epstein’s reach extended into the highest levels of business and politics well into the 2010s long after his sweetheart 2007 plea deal that forced him to register as a sex offender.

Among the revelations:

  • A tentative trip scheduled for Musk to visit Epstein’s private island on December 6, 2014. A note scrawled on the itinerary asked, “is this still happening?”

  • A February 16, 2019 breakfast between Epstein and Bannon, Donald Trump’s former White House chief strategist just months before Epstein was indicted for sex trafficking minors.

  • A 2017 meeting with Peter Thiel, Republican megadonor and Silicon Valley heavyweight.

  • Fresh details on Epstein’s ties with Prince Andrew, including massage ledgers and a 2000 flight manifest with Ghislaine Maxwell.

The Musk Irony

The inclusion of Elon Musk’s name is especially ironic and damning. Earlier this year, Musk publicly attacked Donald Trump over the Epstein files, accusing him of hiding documents because they contained Trump’s name. Musk even posted on X:

“How can people be expected to have faith in Trump if he won’t release the Epstein files?”

Now, with documents showing Musk himself was linked to Epstein through meetings, planned trips, and possibly travel to the island his sanctimony collapses. Musk likely knew there was a chance his own name could surface. Yet he cast himself as a truth-teller while attempting to discredit Trump for the same connection. This is not just hypocrisy; it’s political theater at the expense of accountability for victims.

Steve Bannon’s Proximity to Power and Exploitation

Steve Bannon’s presence in Epstein’s schedule raises equally urgent questions. By 2019, Epstein’s reputation as a predator was well established. Yet Bannon, fresh from his role shaping Trump’s nationalist agenda, was still sitting down for breakfast with him.

That connection underscores the bipartisan reality: Epstein’s network reached from Wall Street to Silicon Valley, from Mar-a-Lago to Buckingham Palace. Both political parties have figures with reasons to fear the files’ full release.

The Cover-Up Continues

House Oversight Democrats framed the release as a step toward justice, with spokesperson Sara Guerrero stating:

“Every new document produced provides new information as we work to bring justice for the survivors and victims.”

Republicans on the committee lashed back, accusing Democrats of cherry-picking. A GOP spokesperson complained the release was “old news” and claimed Democrats were withholding files that implicate their own side. But when pressed, the spokesperson declined to name a single Democrat.

The reality is clear: both parties have powerful allies tied to Epstein, and both sides have an interest in managing what becomes public. Johnson’s Republican leadership has already delayed votes and shut down the House to prevent broader disclosure, while Democrats, despite releasing documents, face accusations of selective transparency.

America’s Largest Pedophile Ring is Still Buried

The latest revelations confirm what survivors and advocates have long said: Epstein wasn’t just a predator; he was a hub for the powerful to exploit children with impunity. Thousands of victims were trafficked, abused, and silenced. Each new document adds names, dates, and connections, but the overarching pattern is one of systemic protection for the elite.

The Musk and Bannon files demonstrate again that this is not a partisan scandal, it’s a national one. Billionaires, politicians, and media figures all orbited Epstein even after his first conviction. They knew who he was, and they didn’t care. Until every file is made public, Americans will be left with half-truths and selective leaks. The victims deserve more than political games, they deserve full disclosure and the end of the world’s most powerful pedophile protection racket.
