Epstein Files: FBI Intake Document Alleges Trump and Epstein Lured and Raped 14-Year-Old Girl from the Midwest with Promises of Modeling

Documented by the FBI: Serious Allegations Surrounding President Donald J. Trump

A newly resurfaced FBI intake form, shows that in July 2016, an attorney contacted the FBI Public Access Line alleging that a 13-year-old girl was transported across state lines in 1994 to attend parties hosted by Jeffrey Epstein where she was allegedly coerced into sexual acts involving both Epstein and Donald J. Trump. The unclassified FD-71 complaint form summarizes claims that the minor attended four gatherings and was paid approximately $500 per event. It is critical to state clearly: this document is an intake record. It is not an indictment, not a finding of fact, and not proof of guilt. No criminal charges were filed against Trump in connection with these allegations, a related 2016 civil lawsuit was later dismissed, and Trump has denied wrongdoing.

This Epstein File is a FD-71 Formal FBI Complaint Log

But dismissing the document outright is not serious journalism either. An FD-71 is a formal FBI complaint log. It means federal law enforcement recorded the allegation under the category of sexual exploitation of a minor and entered it into its tracking system during a presidential election year. That fact alone gives the document historical weight. It also does not exist in a vacuum.

Over the years, multiple women have accused Trump of sexual misconduct in separate matters. Claims he has consistently denied and a New York civil jury found him liable in the E. Jean Carroll case, a ruling currently under appeal. Meanwhile, dozens of Epstein victims have described a pattern of recruitment, payment, interstate travel, and abuse at private gatherings involving powerful men. While no court has adjudicated the specific claims in this intake form against Trump, the broader pattern described by Epstein survivors bears structural similarities: promises of opportunity, financial payments, and coercive environments.

Trumps Political Brand Will Never Recover

The political implications are unavoidable. Allegations of this magnitude involving a sitting president and a convicted sex offender are unprecedented in modern American history. The existence of a federal complaint log does not establish truth, but it does establish that the accusation entered the official record of the United States government. For supporters, the lack of charges is dispositive. For critics, the repeated proximity of power to alleged exploitation raises enduring questions about accountability. What is becoming harder to ignore is the cumulative effect: when numerous witnesses and victims describe overlapping methods and environments tied to the same social circle, the public debate shifts from isolated accusation to broader pattern analysis. That shift does not equal guilt, but it does make denial more complicated and silence less sustainable.

In the End, This Intake Form is Not a Verdict. It’s a Record

It documents that in 2016, federal authorities were formally alerted to allegations that a minor had been trafficked to parties involving Jeffrey Epstein and Donald J. Trump in 1994. No charges followed. But history is often shaped not only by convictions, but by what institutions knew, when they knew it, and what they did, or did not do, in response.
