Oregon Man Tricks 100+ Women Into Worshipping Their Feet

Yep, you read that right. This “foot freak” pulled off the impossible. He tricked that many ladies (and apparently girls that were minors) into giving in to his foot indulgences. But he didn’t just ask them kindly. He didn’t offer them money. He didn’t use charm. What he did was actually genius if you are into feet. What Cedric Valdez did was pretend to be a “reflexology student”.

Now, I’m gonna be honest here and say that 75% of these females don’t even know what reflexology is. Wikipedia defines reflexology as a pseudomedical (not real) practice of applying pressure to specific points on the feet.

This is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques without using oil or lotion. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet, with the premise that such work on the feet causes a physical change to the supposedly related areas of the body. There is no convincing scientific evidence that reflexology is effective for any medical condition or provides any health benefits.

So his using the relexology angle makes perfect sense. I mean, it’s for “educational purposes”, right?

So now that we got that out of the way, what exactly did homeboy do?

So while pretending to be a “reflexology student”, Valdez would approach the women and teens at large retail stores and parking lots in Oregon, before he committed his acts of sexual abuse (for real?), focusing on their feet.

According to court documents, Valdez, 23, told prosecutors he was “sexually attracted” to feet and admitted carrying out the scheme for five years. He pulled this off for FIVE YEARS! Prosecutors said there are more than 100 victims who have come forward, ranging in age from 14 to 47, in the pending case.

During the incidents, Valdez would allegedly massage their feet, but in many cases, smell, kiss, and lick their feet as well. That’s what they call a foot fetish superfecta!

Valdez would approach women and teens, claiming he needed help with a “school project” and would ask to follow them to their cars. There, he would remove their shoes and socks and massage their feet. He often took photos and videos that he allegedly uploaded to pornography sites, court documents said. He also claimed to be a minor with many of the victims.

A Washington County judge set Valdez’s bail at $10,000. However, Valdez cannot be released unless a “responsible party” comes forward to take him in, and he would need to remain under house arrest while wearing a GPS monitor as a condition of his release. To this point, Valdez had not met those bail conditions and remained in custody.

Hillsboro police first arrested Valdez in January following an investigation at the Hillsboro Sunset Esplanade. At the time, police had identified just four victims, but that number grew. At least 13 victims were minors, including a 14-year-old in Fresno, California, where there is a warrant for Valdez’s arrest.

He now faces upgraded charges, including 41 counts of third-degree sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and practicing massage without a license. You gotta love the law. The practicing without a license tack-on when dude has 41 counts against him is just hilarious! Valdez’s trial is set for August. I would have to say that this guy truly feels de-feeted right now.

And as interesting as this story is, the most interesting part to me is that all of these girls and women went back to their cars to somehow help this guy with his project. Whatever happened to telling someone to just fuck-off? I watch videos of TraxNYC trying to give away gold bars, and people ignore him or flat-out turn him down. If you have ever watched Impractical Jokers, they have to do a million takes because people tell them no constantly to the tricks and jokes they want to do with them.

The point is, what the f*ck are these women thinking? I have no idea. But clearly it is a case of foot-fetish remorse. Once Cedric got to kissing and licking, all of a sudden, they realized this was not “homework.” Cedric was taking an “oral exam.”
